Old Sheep Cheese made with sheep's milk from the Sierra de Cádiz in a traditional way.
Aging: Over 7 months. Old type.
Intensity: strong due to being a highly aged cheese.
Rind: natural
Characteristics: with aging, it becomes darker and acquires more intense flavors. Firm texture. Leaves a pleasant aftertaste on the palate.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
