Cheese made from Aged Goat Cheese with Añejo Rum, traditionally crafted with milk from goats raised in the Sierra de Cádiz.
Aging: Between 4 and 7 months. In the final aging period, the cheese is coated with olive oil and añejo rum to enhance its flavor and aroma.
Intensity: medium due to its special curing and being coated with oil and rum.
Rind: natural, coated with olive oil and añejo rum.
Characteristics: white cheese with an intense flavor on the palate and a firm texture.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
