Aged Cheese with Oloroso Sauce Blend
Aged cheese of Oloroso Sauce Blend traditionally made with a mixture of goat and sheep milk from the Natural Park of Sierra de Grazalema.
Aging: Between 4 and 7 months. In the last aging period, the cheese is bathed in olive oil and oloroso sauce to enhance its incredible flavor and aroma.
Intensity: medium due to its special aging and being coated with oloroso sauce.
Rind: natural, coated with oil and oloroso sauce.
Characteristics: white cheese with an intense flavor on the palate and firm texture. Bathed in oloroso sauce.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
Aged in oloroso sauce, a crafted dense and aromatic reduction of the finest Sherry Vinegars. A pleasure for all the senses.

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:

It is recommended to consume between 16 and 18º C
Ingredients: pasteurized goat milk (min. 51%) and sheep milk (min. 10%), rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, and oloroso wine (contains sulfites), caramel, grape juice, Sherry vinegar, and thickener: xanthan gum.
