Urbina Reserva Especial
The Urbina Reserva Especial wine is made from a selection of Tempranillo grapes. This wine comes from the best grapes of the estate, all sourced from vineyards over 20 years old.
It spends two years in French and American oak barrels and approximately two years in the bottle.
The world's most famous wine critic and guru, Robert Parker, awarded it 91 points.
- Appearance: Dark ruby color, medium-bodied.
- Aroma: Medium intensity nose, with great finesse where black fruit (sweet cherry) is perfectly blended with oak wood, a complex aroma with mineral notes, truffle, and spices. Very rounded with no edges, the ultimate expression of harmony and balance.
- Taste: On the palate, it confirms the notes perceived on the nose, in a complex and balanced manner, with good volume and a silky mouthfeel, refreshing acidity, elegant, and very long.
