Harvested from the picturesque Malvasia vineyard in Manžan, situated at an elevation of 90 meters above sea level, this wine offers a breathtaking panorama overlooking the Gulf of Koper (Adriatic Sea) and the majestic Julian Alps. Each vine is meticulously tended to, ensuring a low yield of no more than 1.5 kg per vine, allowing for optimal grape development. The grapes, perfectly matured, were handpicked between 12 and 15 September 2019.

Winemaking Method:
This Malvasia is crafted using traditional winemaking methods, ensuring a wine that captures the essence of the terroir. With a shot maceration we are able to extract new layers of taste but we seek a nice and clean light wine in the most natural way possible.
