Aged Cheese Ron Añejo Sheep
Cheese traditionally made with sheep's milk from the Sierra de Cádiz. During its maturation process, we bathe it in olive oil and aged rum to give it an innovative flavor that has conquered the palate of the judges at the world's largest competition. It won the Super Gold medal at the World Cheese Awards 2019, being the best cheese in its category.
Maturation: Between 4 and 7 months. In the final maturation period, the cheese is coated with olive oil and aged rum to enhance its flavor and aroma.
Intensity: medium due to its special curing and being coated with oil and rum.
Rind: natural coated with olive oil and aged rum.
Characteristics: white cheese with an intense flavor on the palate and firm texture.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
