Fruit preparation · 67% fruit · 100 g jar A Parisian jam recipe, cooked in small quantities in a copper cauldron, at the workshop of the Viaduc des Arts. No preservatives, with unrefined cane sugar. The jam with autumn flavors Here is a jam that makes you wish it were autumn, on the misty banks of the Seine. With subtle nuances and delicate textures, it evokes the soft and warm colors of Indian summer. The chestnut brings its finely velvety grain, the pear releases a tender and fragrant freshness, while the tonka bean unfolds its warm and sunny aroma. Ideally enjoyed wrapped in a blanket on an old red leather bench, imagining strolling through the secret paths of Versailles in the company of the dreamy ghost of Marie Antoinette. Or simply in a Parisian attic, rocked by the gentle sound of rain on the zinc roofs. Also available in a 250 g jar. 100 g jar. Price/kg: €69
