Intensity: very mild due to its short aging.
Characteristics: white cheese with a mild flavor on the palate and firm texture. Creamier taste.
Packaging: vacuum packed.

Ideal, being less fatty, for diets and similar (elderly people, etc…)
This soft cheese is between fresh and semi-cured, a cheese that was traditionally made in the countryside and aged gradually.
