Since 2000, the Žufánek family distillery has been crafting spirits from fruit grown in its own organic orchards in the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. The distillery produces 100% natural spirits based on original recipes, ranging from traditional plum brandy to award-winning absinthes and gins.

The Žufánek family distillery was founded in 2000 by Marcela and Josef Žufánek together with their sons Martin, Josef, and Jan. Located in a small village at the foothills of the White Carpathians, one of Moravia’s finest fruit-growing regions, the distillery has focused from the very beginning on producing spirits of exceptional quality inspired by the tradition of homemade fruit distillation. The fruit used in production comes from the family’s own 15 hectares of organically managed orchards surrounding the distillery. Using Arnold Holstein distillation columns, Žufánek creates refined and aromatic spirits with distinctive character. In addition to traditional Moravian fruit brandies, the company has become one of the world’s leading producers of award-winning absinthes, while its gins have gained recognition among enthusiasts and collectors alike.
