Founded by Sophie-Emmanuelle (whose nickname is Sophie Aime) and her husband in 2007, the Sophie Aime brand is all about a love of sweet treats.

For over 18 years, Sophie M (Aime) has been reimagining classic confectionery classics, adding her own personal touch. The range includes nougat, toffee, marshmallow bears, sweets, biscuits and popcorn. Each product is presented in beautiful gift packaging for lovers of fine treats.

"In partnership with French artisans and small producers, Sophie Aime creates or reimagines original, high-quality recipes."

An unrivalled marshmallow, with a melt-in-the-mouth coating, making for a tender little bear that’s simply irresistible! For over five decades, the Ourson Guimauve has been delighting generations of sweet-toothed treat-lovers…

But what, then, is the secret behind such success? Since the very beginning, the recipe has remained the same, as has the manufacturing process! Enough to make sweet-toothed people feel nostalgic, generation after generation. The marshmallow recipe is simple: water, sugar, gelatine, vanilla… and the finishing touch, which remains a secret known only to a select few.
The true fan of the Marshmallow Bear knows exactly what they’re looking for! They can spot THEIR Marshmallow Bear anywhere.

Today, Sophie M has breathed new life into this famous treat by creating a special, unique limited-edition collection every year. These collector’s items are sold in concept stores, department stores and fine food shops (La Grande Epicerie de Paris, Galeries Lafayette, etc.).
Our story began at a time when the marshmallow bear was still a sleeping beauty, and we have played a major part in its revival.
