De la Huz Grimaldos Industrias Lácteas S.L. is a family-run business with over 35 years of history, located in Villamayor de Santiago (Cuenca).

Specialising in the production and distribution of cheese, it offers a wide variety of products including sheep’s, goat’s, mixed and speciality cheeses.
