Ingredients: Granulated sugar, WHEAT flour, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, potato starch, cocoa powder, MILK powder, baking powder (wheat starch), emulsifier: soy lecithin
Ingredients to add to the kit
. For the biscuit: 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
. For the syrup: 200ml of water
. For the mousse: 110ml + 200ml of whole liquid cream (minimum 30% fat)
Ingredients to be stored for 6 months in their original packaging.
