Ingredients: Basque apples (35%), wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg, rice flour, baking powder (wheat starch), cocoa butter, almonds, salt, milk.
Our Basque cakes can be frozen. We recommend taking them out of the freezer at least 12 hours before consuming, then storing them at room temperature, so they regain all their original qualities.
