Basque Cake 1895 with Blueberries
Ingredients: Blueberries from Landes and Cambo (32%), wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg, rice flour, baking powder (wheat starch), salt
Our Basque cakes can be frozen. We recommend taking them out of the freezer at least 12 hours before consuming, then storing them at room temperature, as they will regain all their original qualities.
To be stored for 5 days, in its original packaging, in a cool and dry place and out of the refrigerator.
