- Smell: Intense aromas of white fruits, pear, and apple, intertwined with tropical notes, pineapple, lychee, mango, and hints of quince jam, wrapped in spices from its aging in wood.
- Taste: On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and intense, with a broad and creamy mouthfeel and an aromatic and persistent finish.
Temperature: Serve at 8-10 ºC

Bodegas y Viñedos Castillo de Mendoza
For over a century, generations of the Mendoza family have made wine for family and friends in a small centenary cave located within the walls of the Castle of San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
Organic agriculture
We are one of the pioneering wineries in Organic Agriculture in La Rioja. In the year 2000, we planted our first organic vineyard in Alto de Mindiarte. A set of isolated vineyard plots surrounded by a natural wooded environment full of fauna and flora.
The vineyards
The winery has 35 hectares of its own vineyard spread across different plots in the municipal territory of San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
