Dried pineapple from Costa Rica without added sugar, preservatives, or sulfur dioxide, made using a simple method: we only collect ripe and high-quality pineapples on the plantation, gently clean them, and dry them, preserving their natural structure, taste, and aroma of ripe fruit. Therefore, this dried pineapple tastes almost as good as a fresh pineapple ripened in the tropical sun. There is a big difference between regular candied pineapple and Esmeralda dried pineapple. Taste it and you will notice the difference :)
