You choose the DPD pickup point, near your home or workplace, where our carrier will collect your duvet

You prepare a protective package for your duvet; it is important that it is well packaged.
You print the shipping label to attach to the package containing your duvet to be cleaned
You drop off the labeled package containing your duvet at the pickup point you selected
Your package is handled by DPD, and your duvet goes to AQUALOGIA, the leader in France for eco-friendly cleaning with whom we have established a partnership.
Aqualogia cleans your duvet using aquacleaning, the gentlest method for down and environmentally friendly
Once cleaned, your duvet is sent back to the pickup point you chose, and you will be notified when you can pick it up.
DPD France delivers within 24–48 hours in mainland France (up to 72 hours for certain areas such as Corsica). You can choose home delivery or a collection point from among nearly 10,000 Pickup points and 60 DPD agencies in France. With the Predict service, you benefit from a 3-hour time slot, SMS/email notifications, and the ability to change the delivery date, address, or location. If you are absent, the package is left at a collection point and remains there for 9 days.
