The mead from Slovácká Nivnice is produced according to the original recipe from 1973. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable flavor. Alcohol content 11%.
Thanks to its delicious taste, it won a gold medal at the prestigious Great American IWC 2017 competition in New York.
Almond Mead Elisa
A balanced taste of almonds and sweet honey. This harmonious combination creates a drink that caresses your senses and leaves a delicate flavor on your tongue.
In the summer months, it refreshes wonderfully when served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, the mead is heated in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil.
