The grape is macerated for several days in a sweet wine with a controlled designation of origin produced in the South-West (Jurançon) and then coated with a fine layer of 70% pure cocoa butter chocolate. These exceptional ingredients make it an unparalleled and exceptional treat. This chocolate-covered raisin was awarded the prize for the best French specialty in 2002.
