The grape is macerated for several days in a sweet wine with a controlled designation of origin produced in the South-West (Sauternes – a subdivision of the Bordeaux vineyard) and then coated with a fine layer of 70% cocoa butter couverture chocolate. These exceptional ingredients make it an unparalleled and exceptional treat.
