Homemade Iberian Chorizo

They select the Iberian lean meat, without adding any fat or meat from other pig breeds.
The curing process is completely natural (without artificial dryers or accelerated curing), and lasts approximately 20 days, depending on the weight of the chorizo.
Keep refrigerated, open the package one hour before tasting.
Approximate weight per piece: 350-450 grams
