The Mitarte Blanco Excéntrico wine is characterized by a manual harvest in the last week of September. Dynamic cold maceration of the skins for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in 2,000-liter concrete tanks. Aging for 8 months in a 2,500-liter Fudre.

Variety: Garnacha Blanca 92%, Tempranillo Blanco 4%, Viura 4%

Manual harvest. 60-year-old vineyard.

Tasting:
Color: Bright yellow, very clean.
Aroma: Spectacular aroma of apricot jam with a background of white flowers.
Palate: Light, silky, fine, and elegant. Presence of white fruit jam with citrus notes. Creamy and very long.

Rice dishes, fish, and appetizers.

We produce characteristic Rioja Alavesa wine with carbonic maceration and also wines with a lot of soul and structure from vineyards planted in 1934.

Modernity
White wines, red wines aged in oak barrels in perfect harmony with the most cutting-edge technology to express our personality. Also, wines made in concrete eggs which allows the wine to have "a constant movement", without the intervention of electricity or pumps, achieving rounded tannins that are polished in the porous walls of the egg. Furthermore, the same temperature is maintained at all points of the container, which is fundamental for the wine.

DPD France delivers within 24–48 hours in mainland France (up to 72 hours for certain areas such as Corsica). You can choose home delivery or a collection point from among nearly 10,000 Pickup points and 60 DPD agencies in France. With the Predict service, you benefit from a 3-hour time slot, SMS/email notifications, and the ability to change the delivery date, address, or location. If you are absent, the package is left at a collection point and remains there for 9 days.
