ACTION AND APPLICATION: In folk medicine, this herb has long been used for stomach ailments, digestive problems and bloating, menstrual discomfort, cough, and headaches. PREPARATION: In two cups of boiling water, add oregano leaves (1 teaspoon) and simmer gently. The longer the leaves are steeped, the more bitter the tea will become, so taste it occasionally. If necessary, add honey to the tea.
