At a temperature of 15 - 17 °C in “Bordeaux” type red wine glasses with a volume of 500 – 650 ml, we recommend decanting the wine into a carafe before serving.
Food Pairing Recommendation:
Grilled venison loin with rose hip sauce, sautéed mushrooms with onions, and mashed potatoes; Slow-roasted beef brisket in red wine with saffron aioli sauce and grilled sweet potatoes.
