This knife features a raw tempered carbon steel blade, known for its hardness, ability to maintain a lasting edge, and cutting precision. This blade offers clean and efficient cuts, ideal for working with vegetables, meats, or fish with ease.
Its handle is made of scarified medlar wood.

Care Instructions
To preserve the quality of the blade and handle, it is recommended to wash the knife by hand and to wipe the blade immediately after cleaning. The use of a dishwasher should be avoided. Dimensions and characteristics
The Sukaldia presented here measures approximately 30 cm long, with a 16 cm blade made of raw tempered XC75 carbon steel, for an ideal balance between robustness and maneuverability.
