Wine from Organic Vineyards
Nature gifts us perfect grapes, and we try to repay it with an ecological approach. We grow healthy grapes with a unique flavor profile, creating wine with an authentic varietal character. By cultivating organically, we not only protect the environment but also enrich the wine with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which fully reflect the terroir, climate, and soil. We proudly rank among the largest organic grape growers in Slovakia.
Winemaker's Diary
The grapes for this wine ripened in our vineyard Sari above the village of Tajná. The grapes were harvested with a sugar content of 21 °. After crushing, they went to the press and then to stainless steel containers. Fermentation took place at a low temperature of around 16 °C to preserve the fruity perception of the variety as much as possible. After fermentation, the wine was racked, filtered, aged, and bottled in February
2025.
Food Pairing Recommendation:
Baked zander with braised leek, pine nuts, and pumpkin puree.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
