Dandelion Flower Syrup with Ginger

In spring, we have plenty of dandelion flowers available in our vineyard, which we carefully collect and macerate with ginger and sugar. After 24 hours, we strain the juice, bottle it, and pasteurize it. According to folk tradition, dandelion is a very good home remedy. It is exceptionally good for spring cleansing and has a mild diuretic effect. We collect dandelion on our hill throughout the year, but the flowers only in spring. Organic ginger, which we import from Sri Lanka, has anti-inflammatory properties, alleviates nausea, and cleanses the lungs. It aids digestion and relieves muscle pain. The syrup does not replace medications.
