Semi-cured goat cheese made from milk of goats raised in the Sierra de Cádiz

Aging: 2 months. Semi-cured type.

Intensity: very mild due to its short aging.

Rind: natural.

Characteristics: white cheese with a mild flavor and firm texture. Creamier than cured cheeses.

Packaging: vacuum packed.

Type of milk: pasteurized

Ideal, being less fatty, for diets and similar (elderly people, etc.).

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:

Store between 10 and 12ºC
It is recommended to consume between 16 and 18ºC
Ingredients: GOAT milk, salt, rennet, stabilizer (calcium chloride) and lactic ferments.
