CONSUMPTION This product has been resting in a salt cure and must be soaked before consumption. |

PREPARATION To achieve a perfectly cooked cod steak, it is essential that the cooking process is slow, with the water at a constant temperature. |

PACKAGING Size with a weight equal to or greater than 150g/cheek. Packaging of 2Kg with 8-9 pieces. Packed in recycled cardboard box. |
