Spicy chorizo made in El Bosque (Cádiz) from selected lean meat and seasoned with homemade seasoning using high-quality ingredients such as Denomination of Origin De la Vera paprika, Spanish garlic, and salt. It is wrapped in natural pork casing in a rosary style.

Cured in the Sierra de Grazalema, its climate gives it a traditional and homemade flavor.

Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

Vacuum packed product.

Approximate weight per piece: 550-650 grams

Ingredients: Pork meat and fat, paprika, salt, cayenne, dextrin spices, dextrose, stabilizers (E-450, E-452), vegetable fiber, antioxidants (E-331, E-301), and preservative (E-252).
