The whole or sliced turkey salpicão is produced according to the customs of the people of Ponte de Lima, wrapped in garlic wine, common in our region. It is a light turkey meat, seasoned and slowly smoked with oak wood. Lighter and healthier, turkey salpicão is rich in essential minerals such as phosphorus, iron, and zinc.
