Roquefort Pâté
Handcrafted pâté made from a blend of liver and pork belly, seasoned with salt, spices, sherry wine, and Roquefort cheese.
Made in Ortigosa de Cameros. La Rioja.
We observe a pinkish color and a pleasant flavor with a hint of spices and Roquefort cheese. As for the aroma, we again note a touch of sherry wine and a distinctly whole cut, returning to one of its main characteristics, which is the creaminess on the palate.
Ingredients: Pork liver, pork belly, sherry wine (sulfites), salt, Roquefort cheese 0.1% (lactose), white pepper, nutmeg, and clove.
NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORANTS. GLUTEN-FREE AND SUITABLE FOR CELIACS.
