Cured Cheese with Arrayán Liqueur from Sheep
Cheese made from Sheep cured with Arrayán Liqueur, traditionally crafted with sheep's milk from the Sierra de Cádiz.
Aging: Between 4 and 7 months. In the final aging period, the cheese is coated with olive oil and artisanal arrayán liqueur from Grazalema.
Intensity: medium due to its special curing and being coated with oil and arrayán liqueur.
Rind: natural, coated with oil and arrayán liqueur.
Characteristics: white cheese with an intense flavor on the palate and firm texture.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
The fruit of the arrayán or myrtle is a small edible berry. The leaves, flowers, and fruits are rich in aromatic oil used in perfumery. A plant very famous in antiquity, when it was considered a symbol of love and beauty.

Ingredients: SHEEP milk, olive oil, salt, rennet, arrayán liqueur (1.15%), stabilizer (calcium chloride), and lactic ferments.
