Traditionally known as stuffed tripe, the dom bucho is much more than a typical dish; it is a testament to love for Beira gastronomy and Portuguese tradition. Using Dom Porco da Sertã poultry and pork as the base for its preparation, the bread, ham, eggs, and natural orange juice added to the recipe give it a hearty, soft, and sweet filling. A traditional Portuguese delicacy that is easy to prepare. Preparation Method: place the tripe in the oven for 20 minutes at 170°C, wrapped in aluminum foil or parchment paper. Open the paper and let the skin toast for another 5 to 10 minutes. Serve the tripe cut into thick slices, with orange slices, homemade fries, and seasonal salad or vegetables. A true prince's lunch.
