Cured Goat Cheese Tacos in Amontillado Wine

Our new Amontillado Wine Goat Cheese from El Bosqueño is now available in a new format. We cut the cheese into tacos and vacuum pack it so you just have to open it and enjoy. A new way to enjoy our cheese, which won a Super Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2022 and is adored by our customers.

Approximate weight: 240-260 grams

Coating: balsamic cream flavored with Amontillado wine.

Allergens: This product contains milk and sulfites.

Vacuum packed bag.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: pasteurized goat milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, grape juice caramel, xanthan gum, aroma mo-3-4021 (Amontillado aroma).
