Semi-Cured Mixed Cheese
Traditional cheese made with a blend of sheep and goat milk from the Sierra de Cádiz.
Aging: 2 months. Semi-cured type.
Intensity: very mild due to its short aging.
Rind: natural.
Characteristics: white cheese with a mild flavor and firm texture. Creamier than cured cheeses.
Packaging: vacuum packed.
Type of milk: pasteurized
Cheese aged for 2 to 3 months in our aging chambers.

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:
Store between 10 and 12 ºC
It is recommended to consume between 16 and 18ºC
Ingredients: GOAT milk (minimum 51%), SHEEP milk (minimum 10%), salt, rennet, stabilizer (calcium chloride), and lactic ferments.
