The old cheese El Bosqueño was chosen Best Goat Cheese in the World at the International Cheese Awards 2018. With this award-winning cheese, we create this gourmet product bathed in oil to better preserve the cheese's properties and enhance its strong and intense aroma and flavor. It is one of our gourmet specialties.

The cheese has a maturation period of over 8 months.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, and olive oil.
