A Tenda dos Queixos was founded in Galicia more than two decades ago as a family project linked to the land and the tradition of cheese making.

From our farm in Xanceda (A Coruña), we make artisan cheeses with milk from our own cows, controlling the entire process to guarantee quality and authenticity.

"Our goal is simple: to offer natural cheeses with the same flavour as always, made with our own raw materials and respecting traditional methods"

Every cheese that leaves our cheese factory reflects the daily work on the farm and the care taken to keep the character of Galician artisan products alive.

At A Tenda dos Queixos, we believe in an honest and transparent production model. We make our cheeses with our own milk, without intermediaries, controlling every stage of the process to ensure the highest quality.

Our ambition is to bring the traditional flavours of Galicia to consumers throughout Spain, combining traditional cheese-making with modern online sales channels and specialised distribution.
