The delicate sweet and sour taste of aged balsamic vinegar is the result of careful cultivation and processing of the best grape berries from our estate, which we transform into premium balsamic vinegar through a long maturation process, produced using the traditional method. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to create a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and appropriate density. The wine salt will enhance the dish with a premium salty note. Accompanied by a wooden spice spoon made in Slovenia, it is a beautiful gift that emphasizes the importance of tradition, original flavors, and Slovenian heritage.
