The gentle sweet and sour taste of aged Berce balsamic vinegar is the result of careful cultivation and processing of the best grape berries from our estate. The optimally ripened grapes are transformed into premium balsamic vinegar through a long processing method, produced using the classic technique. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to create a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and suitable density. Paired with wooden salad preparation utensils made in Slovenia, it makes a beautiful gift that emphasizes the importance of tradition, strong roots, and Slovenian heritage.
