The delicate sweet-sour taste of aged Berce Balsamic Vinegar is the result of careful cultivation and processing of the best grape berries from our estate, which we transform into premium balsamic vinegar using traditional methods. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to achieve a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and appropriate density. The wine salt will enhance the dish with an unforgettable premium salty note. Due to the beautifully colored crystals of coarsely ground sea salt in a red wine hue, these crystals will also add the finishing touch to plate decoration. The treasure of wine pleasures lies in the blends that we carefully compose from several grape varieties. In the estate's blend Berce Rdeče, carefully selected varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Barbera intertwine. The wine has a scarlet to ruby color, with an aroma reminiscent of cherry, blackberry, and chokeberry, a full taste, and pleasant tannins.
