Pršut mix 44%, red onion peeled, sun-dried tomatoes, pork lard rendered min. 11%, red wine (contains sulfites), fresh peeled garlic, Provençal spice mix (rosemary, basil, marjoram), edible salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper. May contain traces of gluten and mustard.
Ingredients of Chorizonáda:
Chorizo mix 53%, yellow onion peeled, red wine (contains sulfites), pork lard rendered, fresh peeled garlic, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, dried chili, edible salt, ground black pepper. May contain traces of gluten and mustard.
Ingredients of Pulled Duck:
Duck meat min. 90%, duck fat, thyme, black pepper.
In case of stock shortages, some products may be replaced with another type.
