The sausage is characterized as a type of Hungarian sausage. The harmony of flavors is created by a combination of peppers, garlic, onions, and herbs. The sausage is pleasantly spicy. For the production of 100 kg of sausage, we used 155 kg of pork meat.
The kilogram packaging of the sausage is equipped with a protective atmosphere. After opening, we recommend consuming it within 10 days. Store the sausage in a cool environment, preferably hanging, where air flows slightly - for example, in a ventilated cellar or chamber. Its aroma develops best at room temperature.
