This sausage is named after our local native, the infamous rogue Babinský. His last favorite viržínko at Špilberk probably looked quite similar to ours. The pleasant mildly spicy and sweet taste is created by a blend of colorful peppers, vegetable extracts, and sugar. To produce 100 kg of VIRŽÍNKO, we used 155 kg of pork meat.
Store the sausages in a cool environment, preferably hanging, where air circulates slightly - for example, in a ventilated cellar or chamber. Their aroma develops best at room temperature. The package is vacuum sealed. After opening, we recommend consuming within 10 days.
