OMG is a handcrafted London Dry Gin that is based on precise work with herbs, a high proportion of juniper, and thorough distillation. The result is a gin with a distinct character, depth, and one of the most complex aromas in its category.
The recipe is based on 16 carefully selected herbs and spices that were distilled together, without separation or flavoring after distillation. This approach gives the gin extraordinary coherence, purity, and a natural balance of flavors.
In addition to the traditional pillars of classic gin – juniper, coriander, angelica, and calamus – you will also find less common herbs in OMG, such as grains of paradise, cranberries or linden blossom, our national tree. The linden adds a delicate floral note and roundness to the gin, beautifully balancing the dry, juniper character.
On the palate, OMG is dry, distinctly juniper, with a spicy depth and a long, clean finish.
You can best enjoy the gin with a cube of ice or with tonic (50 ml OMG, 120 ml quality unflavored tonic). Due to the much larger amount of herbs in the composition than in other gins, cooling the bottle causes a milky cloudiness in the drink. This is due to the aromatic oils from the distilled juniper, which precipitate at temperatures below 7 °C and dissolve again in warmth. Like our other distillates, we recommend not chilling the gin.
