Sobao protected by the IGP "Sobao pasiego", are made daily following the family recipe in Selaya, in the well-known Pasiegos Valleys of Cantabria. Weight: 500 gr. Ingredients: Butter, wheat flour, eggs, sugar, honey, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate), anti-caking agents (calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, and wheat starch), preservative (potassium sorbate).
