How to use: Once thawed and opened, cut it into pieces of your desired size, store in the refrigerator in a container, adding a mixture of olive oil, a few drops of vinegar, and a little salt (which will act as a preservative). Make sure the refrigerator is well chilled and that the beef maintains its perfect texture and flavor. Any cooked food is recommended to be used within five days after opening. In this case, by adding the dressing, you can extend it a few more days while keeping temperatures below 4ºC.
