Essential oils are extracted from plants and trees, obtained through steam distillation or pressing of the peels. It has an intense aroma with a floral aftertaste. Excellent raw with swordfish, salmon tartare, trout, seafood salad, and in the preparation of tarts, sorbets, and ice cream.
