Our choice fell on the Small Beef Lascours with shallots, a tangy marinade with caramel undertones, finely minced beef, all mixed together, perfect for the little ones' Wednesday lunches. Our minced beef preparations are made from French beef; for most of them, our butchers select the best cuts to mince from Charolais cattle. Out of respect for the environment, we do not use palm oil in our preparations.
