The true treasure of wine enjoyment lies in the blends that we carefully compose from several grape varieties. From each of them, we take the best to ultimately create a blend of aromas with the signature of the estate's master. In the master's blend Berce Rdeče Vipava classic, carefully selected varieties of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and barbera intertwine. The grapes are hand-picked and processed using a shorter maceration process, in stainless steel containers and used oak barrels. The wine, with a scarlet to ruby color and an aroma reminiscent of cherry, blackberry, and aronia, has a full, soft taste and pleasant tannins that pair excellently with Planika cheese, enhancing and preserving its delicate flavor in the mouth long after consumption, thus enriching the atmosphere on all occasions.
At your request, we can personalize the box with your logo or inscription on a wooden plaque if ordered in advance (at least 10 days before the desired delivery).
